The meeting started with a welcome note by Mr. PL Thanga, IAS (Retd), ICFA Chair for NER while special interventions were made by ICFA Advisor for NER, Mr Pankaj Pathak, CGM, NABARD, Mr. Naveen Dhingra, Invest India head for NER Dr. Madhulika, Patanjali Group Advisor, Dr. Bhattacharya, and Director, NIRD, Dr. Murugesan.
